Palema Sport Terms and Conditions of Sale

Applicable Law:
Italian law applies to all sales contracts. If the customer is a resident of another country, the law of the customer's country of residence shall apply.

Prices and Invoicing:
The price of each individual product presented is available in Euros, and the prices of the items are intended gross of VAT, meaning VAT included. Shipping fees must be added to the price of the item shown on the product pages. Shipped goods are accompanied by an invoice, which lists all items and the total value. Under no circumstances will invoices be issued after the material has been shipped.

Availability and Partial Orders:
Palemasport.it reserves the right to fulfill orders partially in case of lack of stock in the warehouse, recalculating the value of the cart while keeping the shipping conditions present on your electronic receipt unchanged.

Right of Withdrawal:
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty within the strict deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the packaging is intact and the product has not been used, altered, or washed.

IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal must be exercised and processed exclusively by filling out the relevant electronic form on the website, within your personal account or through the order verification section. Requests submitted via email, WhatsApp, or external channels, as well as independent shipments made without prior digital authorization, will not be accepted.

How to submit a return request:
• For Registered Users: Log into your personal profile in the section dedicated to order management. Within the screen of the order you wish to return, two specific functions are available: click on the 'Request return' button to start the official electronic procedure and, subsequently, use the 'Monitor pickup status' button to track the status of the return shipment.
• For Guest Purchases: If the purchase was made in guest mode (without creating an account), you can exercise your right of withdrawal by accessing the order verification section available on the site. Simply enter the order reference received in the confirmation email to proceed with the guided return request.

Fees and Refund Procedure:
Shipping costs incurred to send the product back to us are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Once the complete integrity of the returned product and its original packaging has been verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the acceptance of the goods at our warehouses.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the buyer declares to have carefully examined and approved the Conditions of Sale set forth herein.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks:
The promotion and/or marketing of products bearing third-party trademarks must not be understood as a license to use such trademarks; the publication of trademarks as well as photos of products and their relative packaging has a merely descriptive value of the offer; the ownership of the aforementioned trademarks and copyrights belongs to their respective owners.
