Shipping Conditions

Packaging times are 1 working day plus 3 days depending on the type of customization.

We ship only and strictly with BARTOLINI express courier by sending the shipping code by email so that you can monitor your shipment in real time directly on the website http://www.bartolini.it/ At any time, the customer can monitor the status of the orders, and communicate with the staf through the area reserved for him within the site.

THE CODE WILL BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS THE SHIPMENT IS SENT

*All our shipments are insured 1€ per kg as per contract with SDA*

In case of loss of the uninsured shipment, we will refund the actual weight of the shipment about 40/50 kg.

WE PROVIDE INVOICES ON CUSTOMER'S INSTRUCTIONS
